This Privacy Policy explains how Thesis Health ("Thesis Health," "we," "us"), operated by JJM Health & Wellness LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, use our member portal or the Thesis.Health mobile app, or contact us. By using this site, the portal, or the app, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you book a consultation, request access to our educational content, or otherwise contact us.
• Information collected automatically. Standard usage data such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and general location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from the member portal and app. If you are a member, your account details (name, email address, phone number), the plan your coaching team sets for you, and what you log against it: protocol steps, workouts, drinks, and other daily habits.
• Apple Health data, only with your permission. If you use the Thesis.Health iPhone app and choose to connect Apple Health, the app reads the categories you approve, which may include sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, steps, workouts, active energy, blood glucose, and body measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, and lean mass. The app never writes to Apple Health.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
• To deliver educational content you request and provide related information.
• To send you communications about our services (you can opt out at any time).
• To show you your own plan and progress in the member portal and app, and to let your coaching team review how your body is responding so they can guide you.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website, portal, app, and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers we use

We share information with trusted third parties that help us operate, only as needed to provide our services. These include our customer relationship and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), appointment scheduling (Google Calendar), video hosting (Wistia), website hosting, our member portal and app platform provider, and analytics providers. Apple Health data reaches us only through the Thesis.Health app, with your permission, and is stored by our portal platform provider on our behalf. When you choose to purchase products or clinical services, your information is handled by our clinical partner through their own platform and privacy practices.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, with your direction (for example, when you proceed to our clinical partner), or where required by law.

Health-related information

Some information you choose to share ... for example, the goals you describe in a consultation request (such as energy, weight, hormones, or recovery) or your progress through our educational courses ... may relate to your health. We use it only to respond to you, provide the education and coaching you request, and, at your direction, connect you with our clinical partner. Thesis Health is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. When you obtain medical care, evaluations, or prescriptions, that information is collected and protected by our clinical partner, Altro Health, under their own privacy practices and applicable law.

The Thesis.Health app and Apple Health

The Thesis.Health iPhone app is for members. It shows the plan your coaching team set for you and lets you log your progress. With your permission, it also reads data from Apple Health so that you and your coaching team can see how your body is responding over time.

• You choose what to share. Apple asks you category by category. You can decline any category, and you can change or revoke access at any time in the iPhone Settings app under Health › Data Access & Devices › Thesis.Health.
• What we use it for. Coaching and showing you your own trends. Nothing else.
• What we never do with it. Apple Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, never shared with data brokers or advertising networks, and never stored in iCloud.
• Who can see it. You, and your Thesis Health coaching team. Our portal platform provider stores it on our behalf as a service provider and does not use it for its own purposes.
• Retention and deletion. We keep your health and activity data while you are a member. You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings › Delete account), which removes your account and the data linked to it, or email us to request deletion. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Members can also delete their account from inside the Thesis.Health app.
• You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website, portal, app, and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Not medical advice

Content on this website, in the member portal, and in the app is for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical advice. The app does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not calculate or adjust doses. All treatments require evaluation by a licensed physician, and clinical services are provided by licensed providers. This site does not create a doctor...patient relationship.
